Security

After scheduling a pickup appointment with our office, our uniformed and identified service representatives will arrive on time to collect your materials as directed. You will know who we are and our purpose on your premises.

For our regular customers, we provide lockable security containers for local collection purposes, at no extra charge. The containers are locked when they leave your facilities and are transported to our shredding center in a fully enclosed, locked truck.

The security containers are not unlocked until the materials are prepared for shredding. We make every effort to have your documents and media destroyed within 24 hours of their arrival.

All files are shredded to industry standards for maximum destruction. When achievable, we mix clients' materials during the shredding process to further ensure that reconstruction is virtually impossible.

The final residue is then baled for shipment to a de-inking plant, where all ink is removed. The remaining pulp is recycled, saving thousands of trees annually and protecting our natural resources.
